Nope, I've had enough !

Alexis shivered as she awoke. A sheen of persperation covered her body. She was dreaming of the shooting again, but it was a strange dream where facts and horrible fiction mingled.

She had been shot, but that was months ago. Physically she was almost completely recovered. She was well enough to testify at AJ's trial. He was convicted of two counts of attempted murder for the attack, and sentenced to 20 years. For killing Carly he received life without the possiblity of parole. Alexis always found it funny that American justice could sentence a person to life plus 20 years. How could you serve an additional 20 years after you died?

''Did you have a bad dream?'' Alexis felt Sonny's hand on her shoulder. His touch gently trailed down her bare arm. He kissed the hollow of her neck. Alexis sighed and snuggled closer, as she and Sonny lay spooned under the satin covers.

''The worst, I dreamt that Carly was alive and screwing up our lives again. And then AJ came...''
