Monica tells Zander Carly is going to make it.
Carly tells Zander she is OK and to stop crying

Carly has 24 hours to live because her heart is too weak to survive
What happens next?Zander is devestated by the news and doesn't want to leave Carly's side. They make him step outside for a fe minutes though and he calls Bobbie, Courtney, and Jason, knowing they will want to see her one more time. All the people Carly loves gather around her and all but Zander fall asleep. Carly in her coma state sees an angel who asks her if she's ready to let go. She wants the peace and the pain to stop but then she feels Zanders hand pulling her back and shakes her head no. She starts coming out of the coma and her heart starts beating correctly.
