Carly and Ric go at it concerning the baby she's carrying.

Carly is crying and telling Ric the baby has to be Sonny's and he is a nasty rapist who will die for what he did. Jason walks in and hears the rape part. He attacks Ric and is choking him to death when Ric manages to gasp out the truth. It wasn't a rape. The baby is Sonny's. He just stripped Carly and lay down with her.

What happens next?
Jason kills him anyway for being a danger to Carly
Carly talks Jason into letting him live for Sonny's sake
