carley stays with sonny

Sonny's Penhouse:

''Carly, I love you. You are part of me,'' his voice breaks as a tear begins to fall. He whispers, ''I'm sorry. I try to control you because I can't stand the thought of losing you again. I won't say I'm sorry about Zander. I want to raise this child as a father, not a grandfather.''
''Sonny, how can you say that!'' Carly pulls, studying his face. ''How can you love Michael and pledge to love this new child, yet have so little regard for Zander?''
''Because he wasn't my son. I knew it,'' he gazed into her eyes, as if willing her to understand him.
Carly shakes her head, ''I just can't see how, Sonny. I still love you so much, but I can't live with someone that could do that.''
Sonny drops his head and stares at the floor. ''Zander isn't dead. I had him taken somewhere. He is receiving top medical care.''
''He won't give up on me, Sonny, especially not knowing I'm having his baby.''
''By the time he is released, he will believe the child is mine and that you want to be with me.'' Sonny looks at Carly intently. ''I love you. Will you please give us another chance?''

What happens next?
Yes - Carly gives Sonny another chance
Yes - Carly deceives Sonny long enough to try to rescue Zander
