Liz wakes up to see Penny standing over her and realises that she is still alive
Liz remains in hell and goes on a tour with Frank Smith and Mikkos Cassadine

Liz travels to hell and meets an assortment of past GH villians,
What happens next?as Penny cries over Liz's body, a mysterious figure watches. It's Liz!
''Is that me?'', she wonders.
Slowly the realisation that she is dead begins to dawn on Liz.
Just then, Liz is transported to a firery cave. she turns around and sees Frank Smith and Mikkos Cassadine.
''Who are you?'', Liz asks.
''We are the gatekeepers to your new home'', Frank replies.
''Am I in Hell?'' Liz asks.
''yes you are'', Mikkos replies.
''Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!'', Liz cries.
