Penny! She escaped with the video tape and a witness to testify against Sonny.
Sonny! Jason is holding Penny hostage until Ric arranges a deal with the FBI.

Ric trusts Liz with his secret plan to take down Sonny for the FBI.
What happens next?Ric takes a deep breath and tells Liz the truth. Liz begins to cry. ''I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner but it wasn't safe!'' Ric exclaimed ''I couldn't take the chance of anyone blowing my cover.''
Liz sobbed ''You don't understand! Its just I'm so relieved your not working for Sonny...I was so scared you were getting caught up in the mob and now to find out like this!'' Ric reached for her and put his arms around her.
''It's alright Elizabeth,'' Ric soothed ''we're safe and got the law on our side.'' ''But you could still get hurt!'' she cried. ''I've got a secret partner breaking the case right now,'' he said ''it should all be over soon.''
