They got off the bike and instead of talking started kissing passionately

They start to kiss and as Jason's eyes are closed he realized that he was imagining kissing Liz. At that moment he realized every time he kissed Courtney that Liz was always on his mind.

He pushed her away.

''What's wrong?''

''You're not Elizabeth.''

What happens next?
Courtney commits suicide.
Jason runs to Liz to proclaim his love.
