Garcia says they've given up trying to arrest Sonny.

Sonny is the Man in Port Charles...in all the bad he has done, he has been able to do so much good. Really, the only people get shot are the ones the PCPD aren't smart enough to catch. They are glad a man like Sonny Corinthos is in their town.
What happens next?
Zander takes matters in his own hands?
Sonny is elected Mayor of the city, if they elected a Luke, why not SONNY?
