It was Ric and Penny as children with their parents obviously siblings.
It was Penny as a baby, only a family member could have it.

Brenda became angry and realized in order to do her job with the WSB she would have to do something Ric and Penny wouldn't like. Let Sonny in on the truth about their family. Or rather HIS family.
''Sonny,'' Brenda started ''don't make me do something I'll regret.'' ''Like what? Die again?'' Sonny scoffed. Brenda turned pale and handed him a picture. ''Do what you will with the information,'' she cried ''a picture as old as this one can't be faked and you know it Sonny!'
Brenda left Sonny standing on the docks as a sudden storm came with pouring rain. With tears streaming down her face Brenda knew her job was done. Sonny stared down at the photo saying a thousand words to him in his mind.
