Carly tells Zander she is OK and to stop crying

''Zander'' Carly whispered. Zander's head shoots up as he looks into her fluttering eyes; ''Carly... Carly I'm here... open your eyes'' she does slowly and looks into his teary ones; ''The baby?'' he reassures her quickly; ''Is fine'' she smiles softly and reaches out to touch his check; ''I love you'' he smiles and kisses the inside of her hand; ''I love you too''

What happens next?
Everybody comes rushing in to see Carly.
Sonny comes bursting in angry that Zander & Carly are having a baby.
