Carly finds out that Dr. Meadows has detected a problem with her uterus.

Dr. Meadows: There were some problems with our uterus, and you may not be able to conceve anymore children....but we're not sure at this moment. If you wait in the waiting room, the test results will be back soon.
(In the GH waiting room)
''Sonny, I am so sorry, I dont know what to say to you, I love you and Im, Im just sorry....''
''I dont wan't to hear your excuses Carly, I love yu and I want to make things work but I think right now we need to just concentrate on the future....not the past.''
''Excuse me, Mrs. Corinthos...'' it's Dr. Meadows the test results are back.

What happens next?
She has good news
She has bad, news but the dammage may be repaired with life threatening sugery.
