Jason sneeks up behind Rick and shoves a gun in his back. Rick turns cautiously around.

''What have you drugged Elizabeth with now?'' Jason demanded.

''I would never drug her. I love her. I learned my lesson after almost killing her the first time.''

''I talked to her earlier. Something was wrong with her. I could tell by the lack of proper English.''

''I have no idea what you are talking about.''

Jason shoved the gun further against Rick.

''I let you live because she cared about you and because Sonny would not allow me to go through with it. But this time, Sonny is not here and it is my decision.''

Rick was frightened, ''Fine. I slipped her something. It should wear off soon.''

Jason smiled with satisfaction and left to find Liz so that he could talk to her when she had a clear head, rather than one clouded with the use of drugs.

What happens next?
Liz has collapsed.
Liz is back to normal.
