Penny call and tells mac she couldn't go through with it

What happens next?Penny wanted to but she knew how much courtney loved her brother. Sonny really didn't seem that bad, he loved his family more then anything. When his sister had gotten married he walked her down the aisle.
Penny turned and went back into Kelly's where Courtney was still working
She tried to smile at her friend but she couldn't
