Courtney goes to she Jason and he is in Critical condition

Courtney and Carly run to the hospitl where they see Sonny talking to Sam outside Jason's room.

Carly:Sam what are you doing here.
Sam:I just had a checkup.
Sonny:She was keeping me compnay.
(He didn't want Carly to know Sam just came for a checkup for there baby.)
Courtney:Hows Jason doing?
Sonny:Ok Courtney just relax, hes in critical condition but they got him stabilizedHes sleeping right now.
Carly:But what happened Sonny?
Sonny:We still have to figure that out and when Jason wakes up we will get more answers.

Carly and Courtney go into Jason's room.

Sam:Why didn't you tell them Alcazar had the hit done.
Sonny:Carly wouldn't believe it and Courtney would go crazy if she knew that the same man who was responsible for the death of her unborn baby is also the man who had her soon to be ex-husband shot.
Sam:What do you mean soon to be ex-husband.
Sonny:Courtney wants Jason to leave the business but he refused so there breaking up.
(Sam looks at Courtney through the window.)
Sam:But it doesn't make her less worried.
(Carly and Courtney walk out)
Carly:Were gonna go talk to Tony.
Sonny:I'm going with them, can you sit with him? I don't want him to think hes alone if he wakes up.

Sam goes and sits by Jason.

What happens next?
Jason wakes up while Sam is sitting with him
Tony gives them bad news
