Sam kisses Jason

Sam:I shouldn't have done that. I'm carrying your bestfriends baby...
Jason:Sam...
Sam:...and your kind enough to invite me to live with you and go so far as to say its your baby and I just kissed you.
Jason:...don't worry. Just go pack your bags, I came with my bike so I'm gonna drive back home and come back with the limo.

Once Jason puts Sam's bags in the trunk and sat in the back with her, he sees shes crying.

Jason:Sam why are you crying?
Sam:Well I just ruined the one friendship I bet I could've always counted on when I kissed you.
Jason:Sam...
Sam:Jason please let me explain because you may not want me to live with you afterwords. I don't think I've ever trusted anyone more then I trust you, and I hardly know you. You're probably the only one who never judged me. You helped me when you didn't have to, without asking for anything. When you first started to help me and reasure me when I was scared, I began to be attracted to you, mostly physically. But after I kissed you, I relized it was more than just physical. So I guess I should just go back to the safehouse.

What happens next?
Jason kisses Sam
Sam begins to cramp and relizes somethings wrong with the baby
