''Momma, I know you have a good heart and you hate to see anyone killed, but you must make an exception for Helena. She is dangerous momma, not only to me, but to my unborn child!''

''Alexis, I thank you for your support, but how do you know your mother hates violence so much. You've only just been reunited?''

''Sonny, I speak American Sign Language. I understood everything my mother was trying to say to you.''

''When did you learn sign language?''

''I had a deaf roommate in college.''

''You never cease to amaze me!'' Sonny smiled displaying dazzling dimples

Alexis couldn't help but smile. Sonny had killer dimples, but she needed to talk to her mother.

''Sonny can I just talk with my mother please?'' She turned back to her mother. ''Momma, I am a lawyer and I love the law, but the law will not keep us safe. As long as Helena lives, none of us will be safe.''

Kristin looked into her daughter's eyes and knew she was telling the truth. She began to sign.
