The paramedics work on Alexis

The paramedics rushed to Alexis. They pulled Sonny's hand away and inspected the wound. Alexis cried out in pain.

''Don't hurt her!'' Sonny cried.

Taggert grabbed Sonny, pulled him away from Alexis and shoved his face against the wall. He quickly frisked Sonny then cuffed him. ''Sonny Corinthos you are under arrest for murder!''

''What!'' Sonny struggled to escape Taggert's grasp. ''I didn't murder anyone!''

''Well I'm looking around here, Sonny boy and I see Carly's dead. Zander's dead. Helena and Alexis are in no condition to kill anyone. I got two dead bodies and you're the only one standing. My money's on you as the murderer.''

''Marcus'' Alexis gasped. ''Marcus, Sonny didn't kill Carly. Zander did. He shot me, then he killed Carly. He was coming to kill me. Sonny stopped him. It was self-defense.''

''You heard her Taggert. Let me go!'' Sonny pulled on the cuffs

Alexis groaned as the paramedics lifted her onto the gurney. ''We've got to get her to the hospital, now!''
