"Lucky Penny" or "A Penny Saved....."

Stays with trapped Liz and tries to get her out as they wait for help to arrive

Penny desperately tries to get Liz out, but her situation is complicated when Liz falls into a state of unconciousness. Eventually Penny succeeds and Penny carries Liz outside. But when Penny puts Liz on the ground, she notices that Liz is not breathing!!! Penny tries to revive Liz, but Liz won't start breathing! Penny eventually realises that Liz has died!

What happens next?
Liz travels to heaven and meets her grandfather Steve Hardy
Liz travels to hell and meets an assortment of past GH villians,
