Carly trys to Grab a Lamp and hit Jason with it

Just as she is about to bash him over the head, the Door bursts open it is Sonny and about 3 of his guards, sonny yells Jason look out and Jason moves just in time, one of the men is carrying a Seringe and hands it to Jason who Plunges it in to Carly's arm rendering her Unconcious and quiet in his arms, Jason says thank you I am glad you came in when you did..Sonny said yea Courtney thaught you could use my help, she said Carly was really out of it...Jason looks down at Carly and says Yea,she is but we need to get her out of the Country do you want Little Michael to stay here or go with her?

What happens next?
Sonny suprizes Jason by saying why dont you take everybody and go? I will stay
Little Michael stays here I want some time alone with Carly
