Carly admitted she didn't know who the father was.

Carly took Jason to the park to continue the conversation.
Carly:I know who the father of the baby is.
Jason:Yeah Zander,
Carly:No.You said it yourself we've been sleeping together for months.
Jason:So what is this coming to?
Carly:You're the father of the baby,Not Zander,not Sonny,not even Aj.
Jason:Why didn't you say something?And why did you tell Sonny it was Zander's Child.
Carly:Well when I was at the hospital Zander found out and he told me if I didn't say it was Zander's baby(Sobbing)he would kill you and everyone else I love,including Micheal.
Jason:That's what he said.
Carly:Yeah.What are you gonna do?
Jason:Well I'll be back don't worry
