The baby is too small and dies before Carly wakes up

Gasp for breath as she can't breath
What happens next?Carly manages to gasp out to Tony that Zander is the father before she passes out. Tony knows how she lies so he lets Sonny, her husband, make the decision about taking the baby. Sonny knows the baby is probably Zander's and doesn't care if it lives or dies. He tells Tony to take the baby and save Carly. Tony perfoms an emergency C-section on Carly while Zander waits outside the room praying.
