Courtney is upset to see Jason and Liz together because seeing them makes her realize that they are soulmates.
Being a whore, she goes back to her wanton ways and offers her services as a stripper to Coleman.
He forgets to mention that the Oasis has long since been burned to the ground and instead allows Courtney to put on private shows for him.
However, Courtney still does a little prostitution on the side and eventually contracts many serious and fatal STD's.
Much to Coleman's dismay, but to the happiness of all in Port Charles, Courtney dies.
