Sonny is infuriated to see Carly's swolen cheek

Sonny seeing Carly kneeling on the floor with her hand over her face and crying made him furious. He walked in the room and Jason held him back. Liz seeing that it may be the only chance for her to get out, she storms for the door. Sonny then looked at Carly and ran to her side Sonny picked up Carly and placed her on the couch. Jason seeing Courtney lying on the floor unconcious, he quickly dials 911. Minutes later paramedics took Courtney to the ER, and Jason leaving with her. Meanwhile sonny is still with Carly on the couch. Carly falls asleep in his lap. and Sonny kisses her forehead.

What happens next?
Carly wakes up and goes after Liz
Courtney is checked in to GH
