The ambulances arrive and take Zander and NIk to GH

Since they are not allowed to go in the ambulance, Gia and Alexis stand in bewilderment.
Gia: Is it true?
Alexis: Amazing - the true prince has arrived.
Gia: You have to be kidding - who is his father?
Alexis: Sonny
As Gia stands there in shock Alexis leaves to go check on her nephew.

Gia in still in shock - falls to the floor.
Gia: No this can't be. No this should not be. The man I love has evil in him.
Carly: The man you love? Zander is mine. I am having his child.

What happens next?
Gia goes after Carly
Gia flees to the hospital to confront Zander
