Let Kristina complete her mission

“You’re mad,” AJ snarled.

“And you are a man who will first lay eyes upon his child at her funeral. Am I making myself clear? She is a gorgeous child. She has her mother’s eyes. Perhaps I’ll gouge them out and send them to you as a gift…”

AJ swallowed back his rage, seeing empathy on Justus’s face. His cousin must have listened to the same threats since Keesha’s disappearance.

“She has no idea who you are, by the way,” Helena snickered. “The man she calls her daddy is the one responsible for all of this. His medical research is groundbreaking. He’s of great use to me – alive. But his wife and your child are nothing. The longer he holds out, the worse it gets for them. I have men working for me who can be quite vicious when they need to be...”

AJ’s mind was playing out a number of gruesome scenes, none of which he could stomach. His only goal was to save Keesha and his daughter.

Jerry was standing nearby, and AJ saw his opportunity. He rushed at Jerry, grabbing his gun. He flashed the barrel at everyone, holding them back.

“Great, he’s flipped again,” Skye muttered.

What happens next?
''Kristina,'' AJ spoke up, keeping the gun on the others. ''You're coming with me.''
''AJ, don't fall for her tricks,'' Justus appealed. ''Helena's promises are lies.''
