Mia yelled at Adam for pretending to be Stuart at the park, but Adam told her that he only did it to get a hair sample so he could do a DNA test. Adam then told her that the test results proved that Mia and Liza are sisters. Mia was happy that she and Liza were sisters and told Adam that she only wanted to be accepted.Adam asked Mia to help him with Liza and said that if Mia wanted to gain points with Liza she could occupy Ryan. Mia didn't believe that stealing Ria away from Liza was the way to earn her trust. Liza interrupted them, but calmly offered to leave them alone. As Liza went to leave, Mia stopped her and revealed that there was something she needed to know.
Chris dropped off the mail delivery to Mateo, while he chatted with Hayley on the phone. Mateo saw a strange letter and opened it and was surprised to find that it had a picture of Haley and him at the beach in it. Mateo went to the hospital and staged a fight with Edmund and managed to give Edmund the package with a letter while still making believe they were fighting. Edmund read the letter and Mateo said in it that he didnt think Edmund should be involved because his family could get hurt. Later Edmund made a strange phone call and said to someone that they didnt have much time. Mateoand faked his anger in front of Chris.When Chris questioned Mateo about the combination change on the safe, Mateo covered and sent him off to pick up a delivery. Rosa arrived for her shift,and Mateo made her upset with insults. After talking to Ryan, Rosa told Mateo she quit. Later, a girl came in to the bar and told Mateo she was a great "waitress". She handed him her "references" which turned out to be a picture of him and Haley at the beach.
Liza, Ryan, and Mitch discussed plans for Gillian's memorial playground. When Mitch said nice things about Gillian Ryan grew upset and Liza comforted him.Later Marian learned that Liza was pregnant but when Ryan came back over Liza didnt tell him.
Leo admitted to Brooke that he felt the need for some alone time, and he asked if she could ask nurse Zora to come back. Meanwhile, Laura continued choking Greenlee. Laura finally released her grasp, and Greenlee teased that the only way to stop Leo from wanting her would be to kill her. Laura told Greenlee that her marrige was different now. Greenlee was stunned when Laura began to call out for Leo and put on her good girl act again. When Leo arrived upon the scene, Laura successfully turned Leo against Greenlee .Laura said that Greenlee told her about Leo's new job at Enchantment. Further, Laura "encouraged" Leo to work alongside Greenlee. Laura then promised to see a psychiatrist, to change her medication, and to do whatever else necessary in order to keep Leo happy. Alone, Greenlee tried to convince Leo that Laura was crazy, and that she had tried to kill her. Meanwhile, Laura became angry and smashed the cuckoo clock as she cursed Greenlee.
