All My Children Update for Thursday, 24-Jan-2002

Anna wakes up a hungover Chris and tells him to come down to SOS to discuss Vanessa. Once down there Anna tells Chris about Vanessa act, and tells him that she is up to something. Chris avoids Ryan at SOS.
At Erica's jail cell, Erica tries to convince Bianca that the missing sonnet means nothing. When Opal arrives with her pin Bianca has sudden flashbacks of the night Frankie died. Realizing that the pin is triggering Bianca's memory, Erica quickly distracts her and then gets her to leave.
Bianca arrives at SOS and tells Anna in front of Chris that she wants help getting her memory back.
Erica asks Opal not to have the pin around Bianca, and then Chris overhears Erica and Opal talking about Bianca. Erica then asks Chris if he can get Bianca back into the clinic. Chris starts to object, but then he gets a phone call saying that the verdict is in. Chris and Erica rush to court. Even though the jury has already gotten their verdict and Erica objects, Chris asks the judge for permission of calling Bianca to the stand.
After having an unfriendly encounter with JR and then a chat with Liza, Ryan says aloudthat he will go into Chris's room since Chris will not be around, not knowing that Anna overheard him. Later Ryan breaks into Chris's room and is confused when he finds a pad of paper with his birthday written down.
Opal goes to ask Palmer to watch Petey and Palmer shocks Opal when he announces that his marriage with Vannessa is over. Opal tells Palmer that Hank has left. Later Palmer places a phone call asking the persen to extend Hank's tour.
Dixie and Tad announce to a shocked Adam and Liza that they are getting a divorce. Despite Liza's (and Tad's) objections, Dixie remains with her decsion and asks Liza and Adam to watch JR. Later Tad begs for Dixie to not divorce him. JR searches for a job, and Liza later corners JR and tells him that if she catches him doing anything bad around Colby she will call the police.
