All My Children Update for Wednesday, 4-Dec-2002

Trey arrives at Kendall's, fuming mad, to ask her what she thinks she's doing with J.R. Kendall assures him that, no matter what Maggie told him, nothing happened. Trey tells Kendall that he's worried about her, and that he thinks it may only be a matter of time before she caves in and sleeps with J.R. (EEEEUUUU!) Trey again mentions that she should go into business with Greenlee. Again Kendall says she is NOT interested, and then promises to keep her hands off J.R. (We can only hope.)

J.R. meets Lori at the boathouse and apologizes for getting her in trouble at the party. He then gives her an MP3 player. Lori declines his extravagant gift and tells him that he can't buy friends. Later, J.R. appears at Kendall's door, like the "Dud" in the Mystery Date Game.

Greenlee gets a visit from Bianca, who offers her a job at Enchantment to put together the new product line. Greenlee is ready to accept - until she finds out that Erica hasn't approved of the offer. She then tells Bianca she doesn't want her "Mercy Job" and tosses her out. Then Greenlee spots something in the paper and summons Trey. With fire in her eyes, she tells him she wants to put Erica out of business.

Speaking of Erica, Chris takes her to pick out wedding dresses. (Miss Kane, step AWAY from the white gowns!) He wants a "Big Fat Italian Wedding" by Christmas. But Erica wants a Royal Wedding (the best she's ever had), which means they'll have to postpone the wedding so she can put it together.

Stuart asks Marian why Mia was in the attic. Then he remembers seeing Liza in the attic window as he looked up from outside. Marian explains that Liza didn't mean to push her. When Liza approached Mia to talk to her, Mia lost her balance and fell from the window. Stuart thinks Liza should tell the truth about the accident, but Marian admits that she was the one who convinced Liza not to. Stuart rushes off to try to convince Liza to tell the truth.

Mia wakes suddenly, remembering that Liza pushed her out the window. When she drifts off to sleep again, Jake comes in and tells Liza that the infection has spread and it doesn't look good. Liza assures him that Mia is a fighter and that she'll pull through. Then, alone with a sleeping Mia, Liza again apologizes to her for causing all her pain. Stuart sees Liza crying by her sister's bedside.
