All My Children Update for Thursday, 19-Dec-2002

Greenlee is working at getting advertizing for her company when she finds a note from Leo and is REAL happy that David comes by. Greenlee tells David about her business plans, but she can tell he is upset about something. He confesses that even though he should feel lucky because of Anna and the baby, something is missing - Leo. He also thinks he's let Greenlee and Leo down. Now it's Greenlee's turn to give David a pep talk about going on after Leo. David also admits that he hates Christmas time because that's when his father died. After he leaves, Greenlee pulls out all the Christmas decorations, finding the broken bits of an ornament that Leo had given her.

Kendall looks for Aiden at the bar, but finds out he's taking time off. Kendall orders a healthfood smoothie, which makes a morning sick Anna just about ready to hurl. Anna is surprised when Kendall tells her that Aiden may have left town. Kendall asks Anna how well she knows her nephew, and tells her that Aiden is obsessed with Maureen/Maria. Later, when Anna arrives home, she finds the bullet hole in the wall where David fired at Aiden.

The hand around Maria's mouth belongs to Aiden. Maria wants to get him back inside, but Aiden wants to get out of town. Maria doesn't know what to do when he passes out in her car. Later, Maria shows up at Edmund's with a suitcase and asks if she can still stay there over the holidays. A delighted Edmund hurries off to tell the kids. When he gets back, he tells Maria how happy he is that she's there and they kiss. Maria tells him she wants to stroll around the grounds in hopes of jogging a memory, but she really goes out to the stables, where she has Aiden stashed. (Don't ask me how she got him up into the hayloft!)
