The show started when Maria accused Zack of shooting Ryan.

Ethan goes to his lawyer to talk about the possibility of a judge hearing his case, a chance which looks better after the other attempt on Ryan's life.

Ryan takes Greenle to the hospital, and starts to rant and becomes obnoxious with a nurse, demanding his wife get attention.

Adams goes to see Krystal about Bess and the letter JR found at Bianca's house.

Babe and Jamie are approached at a diner by a man who catches a glimpse of baby James and recognizes him as Ace.

Babe thinks quickly and pulls out a terrible southern accent and begins to convince the man they are related, and are in fact cousins.

Man isn't swayed and asks whether the baby is theirs, to which Jamie stands up and exclaims: "I told you somebody would notice! Of course this baby cant be mine."

Maria continues to fling accusations at Zack about his actions.

Greenle is admitted to the ER.

Ethan goes to his court hearing, while Greenle is at the hospital with Maria who suggests an MRI be done.

Ethan's case is not dismissed, and his bail is lowered to $100,000.

Babe and Jamie begin a redneck lovers improv. fight.

Krystal and Adam get into a heated argument about JR and his inability to cope with the possiblity of Bess being Bianca's, and his son possibly being dead.

Greenle starts her MRI.

A man brings an envelope to Maria's office and finds Zack there. The man declines to entrust Zack with the papers because they are "personal."

Ryan tells Maria that he doesn't know who shot him in the casino, but he knows without a doubt that Zack Slater was the one shooting today. And when Ryan notices that Maria doesn't act suprised to hear it...

Greenle starts to scream inside the MRI tube, interrupting the conversation and Ryan promises to stay with his wife in the room while the MRI is being done this time. She calms down and begins her second MRI.

Maria goes back to her office to find Zack and the man inside. The man says, "You have been served," and promptly leaves. She and Zack start quarreling again, and Maria begs Zack to give himself to Ethan; to be his father.

Jamie and Babe finally dupe the man, who believes their crazy acting and forgets all about the missing baby.

Ryan holds onto Greenle's feet and tells her fortune and a very sweet story about a green butterfly and a venus fly trap.

Maria gets Zack where it hurts. Compares him to his father, causing Zack to become angry and defensive.

Kendall secures Ethan's bond, and he is released and invited to stay at the "Kendall Motel." She offers Ethan a set of spare keys to her apartment, which he finally accepts after a lot of modest no thanks yous. They break out the caviar and champange.

Adams tries to get Krystal to tell him whether Babe's letter was a lie or the truth.

Krystal says that JR was right, that the letter WAS full of lies, and that they were HER ideas, not Babe's.

Babe and Jamie are not under suspicion any longer, and get ready to leave the diner, when Babe sees the newspaper headline that declares Paul Kramer's body was found.

Zack finally snaps and tells Maria that he would NOT tell Ethan who he is, and storms out of Maria's office.

Greenle asks Ryan why he's in love with her. They share a touching moment.

Ethan and Kendall kiss. Kendall points out that there could be strings attatched if they keep seeing each other. Ethan says he's willing to risk it, but Kendall needs some persuasion. They kiss again, and of course, Kendall submits.
