Kendall enables Josh Madden to get a job as her mother's supervising producer for New Beginnings, in exchange for Josh's descretion about Kendall, Greenlee and Simone breaking into his father's clinic in order to steal the frozen sperm cells so that Greenlee can get pregnant by Ryan. Erica knows Kendall is up to something. Zach tells Kendall that he knows Ryan Lavery has some serious problems and may be dangerous and asks if she cares enough to want to help Ryan. Dr. madden goes to confront Greenlee at her home about the theft of the frozen sperm cells. Ryan enters and demands to know what is going on. Greenlee lies to her husband that Dr. Madden is her shrink and they are talking about confidential issues. RYan figures out on his own that he's seen Dr. Madden on television, knows he's a fertility doctor and assumes that Greenlee went to his clinic in order to get pregnant by an anonymous donor.

Di/Dixie has successfully gotten JR, Tad and Babe to believe that she is the real Dixie. They all behave as they would if they knew her and she-them. Tad is devastated by what she's done and will never trust her again. JR is very protective of his mother. She acts apologetic to Tad, notices her son has some anger issues and tells JR he needs to have more respect for the mother of his child. Yet she behaves like the protective mother of JR. David observes and pretends that he is finding out for the first time that she really is Dixie. He's very happy that he's fooled everybody although she feels bad about it. But right when they are having a private conversation, JR enters and overhears them talking about their "deal" and he asks what that's all about.
