All My Children Update for Wednesday, 24-Aug-2005

Right when Kendall is trying to get Greenlee to let her stick her with a syringe, so that their plan can work, Erica comes to "visit" Greenlee. They both want her to go away, as they are not ready to tell her about their "plan" where Kendall carries the baby for Greenlee. Knowing nothing about it, Erica finds it very strange that Greenlee is suddenly so happy when so recently she was terribly depressed and devastated over losing her husband and her chance to have a baby. Dr. Madden comes to visit Greenlee. She goes and talks to him alone about her "plan". But Erica refuses to leave and says she will wait. She then discovers the syringe and immediately assumes that that is the reason why Greenlee is suddenly and unnaturally so "happy". She confronts Dr. Madden, telling him she knows all too well about doctors like him. SHe was once an addict herself and will not let him do that to Greenlee. She threatens to get his medical license revoked unless he tells her about the syringe.

Reggie is watching over Lily and spying on her when she goes out to breakfast with Sam. SHe tells him she is uncomfortable and asks why he is doing that. Sam tells Reggie he needs to get a life of his own. Danielle has some weird feelings about Garrett but doesn't know how or if she should tell her mother. She discusses it with Simone and Simone tells her it's kind of a difficult situation, as if she were to go to the cops, they could not do anything without evidence. Dani realizes if the "cop" she told about it was her father, he would ruin Garrett. And she wants her mother to be happy. So she won't say anything and put it out of her mind.

A guy named Jimmy who used to be Noah's best friend goes to see Julia. She tells him she wil pay him or do anything necessary so that he helps her find the person who murdered her husband. But he pulls a gun on her, admitting that he will die if he rats them out, and revealing that he is also responsible for having Noah killed. Zach then comes to intervene and saves Julia's life.
