Ryan is able to convince Erin that Jonathan belongs in an institution. He tells her she cannot hide him and take care of him. He tried that and it did not work. He convinces her that she needs to be able to have a life. And being in a hospital might give Jonathan the help he needs in order to get his life back. But right when he tells them that he will agree, he secretly reveals that he’s faking this “little boy afraid of daddy” act. He’s the same old Jonathan, ready to do what Jonathan did before.

Julia and Zach are arguing about what to do. But he reveals to her that he knows of a man named Kevin Sturgis, whom he believes might have something to do with killing Noah and the shooting at Wildwind that almost killed both of them. He identifies Kevin as a corporate raider, who did some dirty dealing, let his girlfriend take the heat and go to prison for refusing to testify against him, and he’s now living in Thailand. Sound familiar? He then shows her a picture of the girlfriend and it’s Dixie/Di with dark hair before she dyed it blond. How coincidental. And he tells her he knows that this woman’s name is Di Kirby.

Krystal agrees to help Adam dig up the truth about Dixie. He gives her information about Dixie’s half-brother Dell whom she can meet. And he explains her theory to her about how the reason that the Dixie they know passed the DNA test was because she might very well be the real Dixie’s half sister. He remembers that when he was married to Dixie, she did not even know she had a half brother because they grew up on different sides of the mountain and so very possibly Dell could have a sister who might be the woman who has made everybody believe she is Dixie. Krystal goes to check it out and runs into Zach Slater who remembers that “Di Kirby” was her cell mate when she was in the slammer.
