With the electorate. I think it comes down to Cooper (NC), Beshear (KY), Shapiro (PA) or Pritzker (IL)

To be candid Pritzker is too heavy so he is out. Shapiro has only been in office 2 years so I think he is out. That leaves Beshear and Cooper. Beshear will be termed out in 2027 and he isn't in a swing state. That leaves Cooper.
