and it goes in one ear and out the other. I am grateful for them and so glad that they exist for the people who love them and/or rely on them and am not knocking them at all...I also can't do podcasts. It's a me thing, lol.

Anyway...from your description I think I agree with that it is an unaddressed public health emergency. I know myself have a ton of unresolved trauma from childhood *sigh*

Eating healthy is hard, especially when most healthy foods affect all my sensory issues :(
