Yesterday, the plow guy finally showed up for the first plow of this snowstorm at 8:00 PM...after I'd already gone to work AND come back. Dad went out not once but twice to shovel "tire tracks", and I went out once and shoveled tire tracks plus a bit more. I would really like answers at to why that's the case...if it's simply too many customers and not enough plow drivers, I would (somewhat) understand. I wouldn't want to be out in bad weather plowing driveways for 12 hours either. But at the same time, if I owned a snow plow business, I wouldn't feel right taking money and not providing a service in a timely manner.
