It was clear, even if I don't remember the specifics, it was an accident!

I don't remember if there was an actual push, and will assume you are correct. What I am sure of is that it was an accident.

My point is that Kristina saying she was going to keep the baby, made sense if they were going to do a custody storyline. But to me the drama was lost when the baby was lost. Kristina had the papers written up, but no clue on the realities of requesting custody - how long it would take and it being extremely high that TJ and Molly would go home with the child while it went through the court system, which would have taken months.

Right now Kristina is hormonal having just lost the baby she has been carrying nine months. BOTH Molly and Kristina have a right to mourn. That Kristina was calling the baby she was carrying a name is not unusual -- many women talk to their baby with a name that or endearment that is different from the name the child is given when born.

Molly's grief is compounded by the fact that she hasn't been able to give TJ the child they want. And the fact that Kristina had that "in the womb" relationship with the baby that Molly was denied and now she has been denied the baby as well.

I would totally be Team Molly if the show decided to do a custody battle storyline. But trying to have the sisters battling for custody over a baby that wasn't born waters it down too much for me.

Both have valid reasons to mourn the loss of the child, and both justifiably had maternal feelings for the child. But fighting of what might have happened isn't nearly as dramatic as fighting over an actual child.
