Lulu didn't mention the impact on the child that Dante and Brook Lynn shared might be a better way to put it. Part of my no sympathy for Lulu could come from the fact that I don't really like the character that much, and she is on almost every day, although I still think she went after this entire situation in a "dog on the hunt" sort of way.
