is not? Why aren’t you paining them with the same brush? Chase being wrong doesn’t make him a bad cop or even a bad person. Willow is mentally ill so there is no way he could know that:

Nina doesn’t know
Drew doesn’t know
Michael doesn’t know
Elizabeth doesn’t know
Sonny doesn’t know

She has successfully snowed everyone. Being who he is—Chase will own this and I would not be surprised if he isn’t the one who either arrests her or talks her off the ledge.
