Not as good as some I've been able to buy. I'm very picky about my crabcakes - a consequence of being so close to Maryland. Basically, either diner style - which is where I'll use remoulade - or fresh jumbo lump, which I'm more picky about.

With fried shrimp, I'm probably more likely to use cocktail or something. I also love coconut shrimp. But for a boil, I'm all about the cajun butter. I'm very weird in that the only fish I like is shellfish, so on the plus side, I really like shrimp, lol.
