These bills are for entities like Ryan Homes and others that typically have a number of locations in our service area. Rather than mailing individual bills (20-30) of them we came up with a way to consolidate them into 1 o2 bills. Which also reduces mailing costs. lol
Well it looks like *none* of them went out with the correct account number on them.
I didn't say a word. If/when calls start coming in about this; I will transfer the call to her. All the dates on the files are from Friday, when I wasn't in the office.
