I was going to ask what is Cincy Chili? Other than being served over spaghetti.

But I take it it's cinnamon? I often put a bit of cinnamon and/or cocoa in my chili. And Worcestershire sauce. And Goya sofrito base.

I love a good bowl of chili in the Fall/Winter. With some shredded cheese on top....maybe a bit of sour cream and chopped raw onions (even though there are cooked onions in the chili...I don't make the rules. Or actually I do, lol). And a warm baguette with some butter. Yum!
