i know - folks have a lot of feelings about skipping daily showers, but sometimes when you are very unwell, it does NOT make you feel better.

showers aren't washing away the germs, so when I get very sick, i skip the daily showers and just....uuhhm...spot clean as necessary.

another options is a seat for the shower. you can usually rent those at surgical supply stores if you don't have a ledge or seat in your shower.
