Incidentally, in addition to Supernatural, we share a couple (former) obsessions. I was briefly obsessed with Highlander: The Series, though I never watched the movie and, unlike millions of other fans, I wasn't living for a Duncan/Amanda hookup or drooling over Methos. I actually liked Duncan/Tess and was a Richie fan (and we know how well both of those ended <g>). I also was super into Harry Potter for a while and while I still want to someday go to Wizarding World and--because my favorites were always the Weasley twins and their portrayers--will probably check out the Food Network's competition Wizards of Baking, I'm kind of ambivalent about the HP world now and have no desire (for several reasons) to check out any new developments in the HP 'verse.

That's too funny. I was a fan of the original movie, but I started watching the show because of Duncan - but Richie was my favorite. I actually pretty much stopped watching the show after he was killed, I was so upset. I even went to two conventions and got to meet all of them (I found some signed photos a few years ago, don't know if they're worth anything). I also wrote some really awful fanfic, I don't know if I ever shared it anywhere though LOL.

Harry Potter I still like, though I'm not obsessed over it. Jack is reading the books though and wants to keep watching the movies. We're planning to go to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour in London next year, I'm looking forward to that! I've seen Wizarding World photos and it looks pretty cool but overall I don't have much desire to visit Florida. I figure if we're going to go to London anyway I want to try and see the real deal instead. I hadn't heard of the Wizards of Baking, I'll try and watch that. I recently watched the trivia competition hosted by Helen Mirren (from 2021), it was fun. Oh and if you ever get a chance to see the Cursed Child on Broadway it's really well done. I wasn't too crazy about seeing it, but a friend of mine had been dying to go for years. I thought it was very good (a little iffy bits in the beginning from when it was condensed from two nights to one); I'd like to take Jack to see it but in London they're still doing the 2 night version and I don't think he has the attention span for that. And honestly I don't want to spend two nights on vacation watching one play I've seen before.
