I found the hardest stretches of work were Jan 2-whenever Good Friday was (usually around 3 months) and Labor Day-Thanksgiving (just under 3 months). The rest of the year, there was usually a paid holiday (or two) at least once a month or so.

I'm curious...how many days off do you get? I've often said one of the hardest parts about losing my job at the bindery was losing my 4 weeks' paid vacation (that didn't include the "regular" paid vacation days like Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.).
