I used to have 32, before we were sold off to nuCompany in October of last year. Unfortunately, there was no carrying over to the nuCompany. We got paid out our remaining PTO from old company and then just started accruing at nuCompany on the first day. It was a small enough group coming over that there were only 3 employees who had vacations that were affected by the sale. Basically, they were allowed to 'go negative' on their PTO balance as long as they were at 0 by 12.31.23.
