have 2 people that do it as well as minor support for the program that is used.
Well, the 1 lady has been out several days which means Jen has been doing everything. So it's after 10 before she comes to me to go over stuff. And then she gets called away. And sometimes it's after 2 before she gets back with me. (we work 9-4)
Despite all the chaos, Jen said today I've got the move-out process/checklist down pretty good unless there's something "not normal" about it.
She also said I've got the lease renewal process/checklist down almost as good as the move-out one.
The move-in is about the same as the renewal.
Tomorrow she intends to show me how they do their billing spreadsheet (each property has 1). Once I'm assigned some properties, I can keep that sheet in whatever way makes sense to me as long as the required information is on it. And it balances at the end of the month.
