The rehab continues. I go twice a week. Lots of snapping, crackling, and popping. Some just sounds bad. Some sounds bad
and feels bad.
I've been given lots of homework as part of the therapy, but I'm not as consistent as I should be. I tend to make progress, think that means I can now...then I have a setback. I'm not patient enough with myself while I'm doing this.
My physical therapist is very encouraging. He's supposed to be working on the right knee, but he's also working on core, balance, and the other knee.
Could be much worse.
