the Cleveland area? Here's an article that talks about places they *might* be looking at...
Scroll down a bit until you see the house (and its description) in Bratenahl. See it? I've been in that house. Bff has a cousin who owns several very successful businesses. In his "spare" time, he likes to buy houses along with his two adult sons and then try to flip them. I'm thinking they only do some of the work themselves and contract the rest out. Anyways...a few years ago, Cuz bought this house. It was finished last year right around the time bff's youngest niece graduated from college. Since Niece was a senior in high school in 2020, there was obviously no big graduation party, so her folks threw her a college graduation bash at a public park in their town. Cuz was there bragging about the house and finally getting it done...and then he asked if anyone wanted to go see it? Heck yeah I did! I can barely afford to drive through Bratenahl, let alone buy a house there; I wanted to see how the other half live. The house is stunning...and HUGE, of course. If I'd been touring it alone, I would've needed a map. The basement alone was, like, a half dozen rooms. There's a gorgeous patio out back with an outdoor kitchen, a seating area, a firepit and a pool, all overlooking Lake Erie (no beach access though--the house is built high above water level).
So I want TS and TK to get married and buy the house in Bratenahl just so I could casually drop "yeah, I've been to TS's house" in a conversation 😁
