From: mtczajka@aol.com (MTCzajka) Subject: PC: Monday update 6/9 Date: 9 Jun 1997 17:27:28 GMT The show opens with Jake and Danielle in bed kissing. She tells him how much she missed him and how she hated being away from him. He thinks she has a funny way of showing it and wants to know why she went away. He seems to doubt that she missed him very much since she couldn’t even call. She claims she was too busy filming a commercial - he doesn’t buy this lame excuse. He mentions canceling her answering service and moving without leaving a forwarding address and wants to know the truth. She needed time to think and be by herself. She’s decided that she wants to be with him and is moving to PC. They go back to kissing. Later, Frank wakes up alone and reads a note from Danielle that she had a few more things to take care of but she is in love with him and will be back. Frank is less than happy to see his mom at his house cleaning. He tells her he thought when someone moves, they’re supposed to turn over all the keys to the new owner. He wants her to call before dropping by, she wonders why he doesn’t want her there. She says she just there to pick up a box from the basement. He goes to get it, someone knocks at the door. Mom answers it and lets Julie in. Franks introduces the two and they chit-chat. Mary (Mom) wants to know about the apartment - Frank tells her they built an apartment in the basement. Mary leaves with her box. Julie is tossing a baseball up and down and tells Frank she’s a Cubs (yeah!) fan - it’s mandatory if you live in Chicago. He tells her that they became his favourite team while living in South Bend (I assume the one in Indiana). They joke about the futility of being fans of losing team (forgetting to mention that to a Cubs fan, it doesn’t matter if you win or lose, as long as the beer doesn’t run out) and head to the basement. The apartment has it’s own bathroom and shares the kitchen and living room. She decides to move in, she likes the idea of living in someone’s house - like home without siblings. She tells him there are six kids. Oddly, this seems to be an amazingly big number to him and he figures they must be Catholic. They discuss rent and decide on $500. He makes up a hand written lease giving Julie the option of staying for an indefinite time. Eve brings Scott a form to sign, stating that he left the hospital against medical advice. He collapses and she checks his stitches for signs of an infection. She tells him the problems he’s caused her with Angi...OOPS! Dr. Burgess. He doesn’t want to sign the release form until she promises to help him find Serena. He says he can help her problem with Dr. Burgess, he know a lot of people in town. He tells her about Serena and she agrees to help. Meanwhile, Serena watches as her captor come home and tells her lion “She’s back, but she’s all alone.” Captor comes in the room (we don’t see her, just the door opening). Serena says “You said you were bringing my Daddy.” Marguerite.Czajka@ChicagoIL.NCR.COM
